Position Overview
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on Nimbus Cloud products and services The role requires strong communication skills problem-solving abilities and a customer first mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service related issues
- Guide customers on the use of Nimbus Cloud platforms and tools
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for service improvement
- Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Support onboarding and training of new customers when required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field
- Additional certifications in Customer Service IT Support or Cloud Technologies will be an advantage
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Swahili, both written and verbal
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
- Familiarity with CRM systems helpdesk software and cloud platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Patience empathy and a customer oriented approach
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
