Position Summary

Inland Empire United Education Fund (IE United Ed Fund) is a civic engagement organization rooted in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Our vision is to create a region where residents are actively involved in shaping their communities—where political power is shared, and diverse, thriving, and safe neighborhoods are the norm.

Our mission is to empower historically underrepresented and overlooked communities by engaging them as voters, advocates, and local leaders. Through grassroots organizing, we’re building the long-term power needed to transform the Inland Empire.

We’re currently hiring Phone bankers to join our outreach team. In this role, you’ll be directly contacting voters over the phone to conduct opinion surveys and share information about key issues. Ideal candidates will be excellent communicators, comfortable speaking with people from all walks of life, and passionate about civic engagement and community empowerment.
