We’re on the hunt for a talented Video Editor with 2–3 years of experience who lives and breathes visual storytelling. If you’ve got a sharp eye for detail, a knack for crafting compelling narratives, and a passion for transforming raw footage into scroll-stopping content — this role’s for you!
Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos for social media, YouTube, websites, marketing campaigns, and digital ads.
Add the magic: transitions, color correction, text overlays, graphics, background music, sound effects, and motion elements to elevate visual impact.
Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to align video output with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Organize and manage project files, maintain backups, and ensure smooth editing workflows.
Ensure all video assets are on-brand and meet style guides and platform-specific requirements.
Stay up-to-date with current video trends, editing techniques, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
Juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Digital Arts, or a related creative field.
Experience:
2–3 years of hands-on professional experience in video editing.
Skills & Must-Haves:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard video editing tools.
Familiarity with sound design, color grading, and basic motion graphics.
Knowledge of platform-specific video formats (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, etc.).
Strong visual storytelling skills — you can turn a storyboard or script into a captivating piece.
Keen attention to detail, creativity, and a sense of rhythm and pacing.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points If You Have):
Experience with animation, 2D/3D motion graphics, or on-set videography.
Understanding of marketing goals and how video drives engagement and conversions.
