Position Overview
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for supervising staff managing budgets maintaining quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for hospitality
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and train staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
- Maintain high standards of food quality service and hygiene
- Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory supplies and vendor relationships
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and customer loyalty
- Prepare financial reports budgets and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field
- Professional certifications in Restaurant or Hospitality Management will be an advantage
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of restaurant operations budgeting and cost control
- Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Customer focused mindset with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
