Lead Generation & Sales: Generate qualified leads and close sales for our web development, SEO, and marketing services.
Target Markets: Focus on B2B clients across Canada, USA, and the UK.
Full Sales Cycle Management: From prospecting through to closing, manage the entire sales process.
CRM Usage: Track and manage leads, opportunities, and communication in CRM tools.
Reporting: Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports and performance summaries.
Accountability: Use productivity and tracking tools like Apploye to ensure transparency.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on trends in web development, SEO, and B2B sales strategies.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven success in business development or sales in the IT industry (web development, SEO, digital marketing, or design services).
Track Record: Must demonstrate verifiable sales strategies and consistent sales delivery.
Communication Skills: Fluent English, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently communicate with clients.
Sales Tools: Proficient in CRM systems, sales pipelines, and time-tracking platforms.
Organizational Skills: Strong at keeping track of leads, client interactions, and reporting.
Self-Driven: Ability to work independently and meet/exceed sales targets.
Willingness to Learn: Must be open to multiple interview rounds, along with a test or quiz.

B2B Sales: Strong experience in selling digital services (web development, SEO, and marketing) to businesses, particularly internationally.
Lead Generation: Expertise in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through platforms like LinkedIn, email outreach, freelance websites, etc.
Cold Outreach: Crafting and sending cold emails/messages that drive conversions.
Sales Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
CRM & Tools: Proficient with CRM systems and sales pipeline management. Familiarity with productivity tools such as Apploye, Hubstaff, etc.
Sales Strategy: Ability to plan and execute a successful sales funnel, especially for web development and SEO services.
Market Awareness: In-depth understanding of the digital marketing and SEO industries, including competitor pricing and services in the USA, UK, and Canada.
Client Relationship Building: Skilled in building long-term relationships with clients rather than focusing on one-time sales.
