Pak support BPO is seeking empathetic and dependable people to be a part of the customer support team. The first contact with Customers, as a Customer Support Representative, you will be. To hear, understand their problems, and help find a solution, to do it by phone, email, or chat is your task.
It is not necessary for you to be a technology expert, but you are required to be patient, speak in a clear way, and be ready to learn. If you like working with people and are able to keep your cool under pressure, then this might be the perfect job for you.
What You’ll be Doing
Handling customer queries and offering solutions to their problems
Being a good communicator and keeping your cool even in difficult situations
Keeping detailed customer logs
Cooperating with other staff members to raise service quality
Observing company rules when needed but always maintaining the human touch in your service
What We’re Looking For
Nice communication and writing skills in English.
A basic level of computer skills (sending emails, typing, using the system)
The ability to keep your cool and concentration during rush hours.
An upbeat mood and the readiness to acquire more knowledge.
Experience in dealing with clients is good, although not necessary.
