Senior Manager Finance Full Time
Job Description
Travelsea is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Finance to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions in our Moscow office The role involves overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with local and international standards, and supporting senior leadership in decision-making You will play a key role in driving financial efficiency, managing risks, and guiding the finance team to achieve business objectives This position requires strong leadership, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide clear financial insights to stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with Russian accounting standards and international financial regulations
- Oversee tax planning, audits, and risk management activities
- Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and capital allocation
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and market trends
- Lead, mentor, and develop members of the finance team
- Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and profitability
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of financial management, corporate finance, and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English and Russian
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience working in international or multinational companies preferred
- Deep understanding of Russian financial regulations and taxation
- Ability to manage complex financial projects and meet strict deadlines
- Eligibility to work in Russia
