As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources functions and cultivate a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
Manage comprehensive onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
Design, implement, and update HR policies in line with company goals and legal requirements.
Handle employee relations and provide support on HR-related queries and issues.
Oversee performance management systems and guide career development initiatives.
Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR management experience, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficient in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
