Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.

• Manage comprehensive onboarding, orientation, and training programs.

• Design, implement, and update HR policies in line with company goals and legal requirements.

• Handle employee relations and provide support on HR-related queries and issues.

• Oversee performance management systems and guide career development initiatives.

• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR management experience, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.

• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Proficient in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
