Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for different departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
- Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage financial aspects of projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Handle petty cash management and expense tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in accounts or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations in Pakistan.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous exposure to international trade finance or export accounting.
Job Experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts, bookkeeping, or financial management.
- Experience preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and budgets.
- Prior to work in a manufacturing or export-oriented company is advantageous.
