What You’ll Do:

As an Associate Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our ION solutions meet and exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Implementation: Actively participate in all phases of the project lifecycle (initiate, design, build, test, deploy, and production support), taking on hands-on implementation duties.
• Business Analysis & Troubleshooting: Provide essential business analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the ION solution seamlessly aligns with client business needs.
• Best Practices & Quality: Adhere to ION’s implementation best practices, documentation standards, and participate in quality review processes for all deliverables, including functional designs, specifications, and testing.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, configuration designs, and test plans. You’ll also support our Technical Consultants by providing crucial business and functional guidance, review, and validation of scripted solutions.
• Communication & Reporting: Keep Project Leads and Project Managers informed on the status of your assigned responsibilities, ensuring transparency and timely updates.
• Continuous Learning: Continuously expand your industry and functional expertise through active participation in client projects and dedicated training programs.
• Client Presentations: Present product solutions to client users, under the guidance of experienced Principal Business Consultants.
• Chargeability Management: Maintain full chargeability on assigned client accounts, proactively communicating any instances where full-time billing is not possible.

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to grow their careers with us. While no prior ION product experience is required, a foundational understanding of financial concepts is key.

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related IT field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in applicable industries such as Treasury, Capital Markets, Liquidity Management, Middle/Back Office, or Accounting. (Previous experience with ION or other ETRM systems, up to 1 year, is a plus but not required.)
• Mindset: Highly motivated, flexible, and a quick learner with a strong desire to master new skills and concepts.
• Team Player: Ability to thrive in a collaborative project team structure.
• Client-Facing Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication, enabling effective interaction with clients.
• Travel: Ability to work onsite at client locations as needed.

Estimated Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $110,000 – $130,000. Salary is negotiable and will be determined based on your experience and skills.
