Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Facebook Ad Conversion Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns that drive conversions and deliver measurable business results for our diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Strategy
- Develop comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and budgets
- Create, launch, and manage Facebook ad campaigns across various formats (image, video, carousel, collection ads)
- Conduct thorough audience research and implement precise targeting strategies
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to optimize performance
Performance Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Implement conversion tracking using Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics
- Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and make data-driven decisions
- Continuously refine targeting parameters to improve campaign effectiveness and reduce
acquisition costs
Creative Development & Collaboration
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual content
- Ensure all ad creatives comply with Facebook’s advertising policies and guidelines
- Create engaging ad variations for different audience segments and campaign objectives
- Stay updated with Facebook’s latest features, tools, and best practices
Client Communication & Reporting
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Communicate campaign results, recommendations, and strategic adjustments clearly
- Maintain regular client communication regarding campaign progress and optimization efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns
- Facebook Blueprint certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Facebook Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and conversion tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
- Proven track record of achieving positive ROAS and conversion objectives
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other social media advertising platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Knowledge of Google Ads and digital marketing ecosystem
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page optimization
- Experience working with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
- Strong project management and time management abilities
