Our services include virtual office addresses, helping start companies, managing mail, business communication, compliance, and other administrative tasks. No matter where a business is located, we aim to make starting and running it easier.
We are growing quickly and now want a Customer Service Executive who cares about professionalism, dependability, and keeping clients happy.
Responsibilities:
reply promptly and politely to customer questions via email, chat, or phone
assist clients with questions about setting up UK companies, virtual office packages, or document services
keep a record of every interaction and follow-up with customers in our CRM system
work with other departments to solve problems smoothly and quickly
give correct information about our services, pricing, and policies
ensure clients are satisfied by offering friendly support and helpful advice
follow up on customer feedback and suggest ways to improve our services
help new clients by guiding them through our services and setup process
Skills
experience in customer support or a client-facing role for at least one year
excellent spoken and written English skills
comfortable using email, chat tools, and CRM software
strong at solving problems and handling multiple tasks at once
able to work alone and manage time well
a genuine desire to help and a customer-first attitude
a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred
