• Strategize & Execute: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns specifically for real estate, covering SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Content & Brand: Oversee our digital content strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice across all online channels.
• Analyze & Optimize: Dive into campaign performance, reporting on key KPIs like ROI, CTR, and conversion rates to continuously optimize our efforts.
• Collaborate & Integrate: Work closely with our design, content, leasing, and sales teams to create seamless and impactful marketing initiatives.
• Budget & Resources: Effectively manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize impact.
• Innovate & Grow: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging digital tools and trends, evaluating their potential to revolutionize our real estate marketing.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 1-2 years specifically within the real estate industry.
• Tool Proficiency: Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and various email marketing platforms.
• Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communication & Project Management: Excellent communication and project management abilities.
