As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic decision-making support. You will work closely with senior management to analyze financial data, evaluate performance trends, and provide insights that will drive informed business decisions.
Analyze financial data and performance to identify trends and develop forecasts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in the budgeting and planning processes.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial implications of business decisions.
Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Perform variance analysis and recommend improvements.
Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
MBA or relevant financial certification (CFA, CPA).
Experience in staffing, recruiting, or service industry environments.
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
