As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Islamabad team. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and our internal teams. From scheduling shipments to resolving last-minute delivery hiccups, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our supply chain runs like clockwork.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Planning, scheduling, and tracking shipments to make sure goods are delivered on time and in full
- Coordinating with suppliers, transport partners, and warehouse staff to keep operations smooth
- Preparing and maintaining shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork
- Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory management
- Troubleshooting delivery delays, damages, or any logistics issues that pop up
- Ensuring compliance with safety rules, company policies, and government regulations
- Preparing performance reports and sharing insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications like CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), Lean Six Sigma, or CPL (Certified Professional Logistician) are a big plus
Skills You’ll Need
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and inventory management
- Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel) and logistics software such as ERP, WMS, or TMS
- Excellent organization and time-management skills you’ll juggle multiple priorities daily
- Sharp problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Great communication and negotiation skills in both English and Urdu
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in records and reports
- A team player who can collaborate across departments with ease
