Position Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with the marketing team, vendors, and internal departments to ensure projects run smoothly and deliver measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, and eager to grow their career in marketing within a dynamic, international company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events)
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor performance analytics
- Support email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, scheduling, and reporting
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for campaign execution
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics
- Help organize and promote company events, webinars, and trade shows
- Maintain and update marketing materials, databases, and client contact lists
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication and promotional materials
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Additional certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or social media marketing are an advantage
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media, email marketing software)
- Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Creativity and attention to detail in content creation and campaign execution
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
- Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and online advertising campaigns is a plus
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in staying up to date with marketing trends and digital tools
- Eligible to work in Canada
