Associate Service Technician Full Time
Job Description
Voltix Solutions is looking for a motivated and reliable Associate Service Technician to join our team in Paris, France The role involves providing technical support, performing equipment installation, conducting routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues for clients You will assist senior technicians in delivering high quality service while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards This position requires hands on technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong customer service mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment and systems
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support senior technicians in resolving problems
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, equipment usage, and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and efficiency
- Stay updated on new technologies and product updates relevant to the role
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical diploma or vocational training in electronics, electrical engineering, or related field preferred
- Additional certifications in equipment maintenance or related areas will be an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems
- Ability to use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical or service role preferred but not required for entry level candidates
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites around Paris when needed
- Eligibility to work in France
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if required
