Position Overview
As a Restaurant Team Member, you will play a key role in creating an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. From preparing food and serving customers to keeping the restaurant clean and organized, your efforts will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and kitchen spaces
- Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support kitchen staff with food preparation, stocking, and restocking supplies
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent service and fast order delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Hospitality or food service training is an advantage, but not required
Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions

Requirements
- Prior experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality roles preferred but not essential (training provided)
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long hours and carry light to medium loads
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior
- Right to work in the UK
