Social Media Executive Freelance
The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, a knack for content creation, and a passion for engaging with online communities. You will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating compelling content, analyzing performance, and staying ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way, fostering a positive and engaged community.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and message.
- Analyze social media data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Strong creative and content creation skills, with an eye for visual design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
