Accountant / Accounts Officer Full Time

About the role

We are looking for someone who is good with numbers and also better with details. As an        accountant / accounting officer, you will be responsible for the management of day to day financial records, monitoring the payment, preparing the report and ensuring that everything adds. You will work closely with the finance team to help the business stay organized and financially healthy.

What are you doing

What You’ll Be Doing

• Financial transactions should be recorded and maintained.
• Make the necessary vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
• Do bank statement and ledger reconciliation.
• Help with the preparation of financial reports made monthly and annually.
• Take care of petty cash and monitor the flow of expenses.
• Give support to the auditing process and be in charge of financial policy compliance.
• Coordinate with different internal departments to manage budgets and payments.

What We’re Looking For

• Good knowledge of financial accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting software (like QuickBooks, Tally, or something similar) that go hand in hand with accounting work.
• Strong focus on the smallest details of work.
• Capability of being self, motivated and completing the work on time.
• Good speaking and coordination skills.
• Simple understanding of taxation system and rules in Pakistan.

Education & Qualifications

• Master of Accounting and Finance Bachelor of the University of Alberta
• Over 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred
• A recent graduate with a solid academic background may also submit an application
