Job Overview
As a Customer Support Representative at Pak Support BPO, you’ll be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll act as the voice of our brand, providing professional, polite, and timely assistance across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. We’re seeking candidates who are confident communicators, problem solvers, and passionate about creating positive experiences for customers in the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns in line with BPO best practices.
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily performance goals.
- Maintain high levels of empathy, patience, and professionalism during every customer interaction.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to internal processes.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in regular training to stay updated with company products and BPO service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced BPO setting.
Required Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Confidence in handling inbound and outbound communication.
- Adaptability to changing BPO client requirements and workload.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in an international BPO campaign (voice or non-voice).
- Familiarity with performance tracking tools used in BPO operations.
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
- Technical support experience or knowledge of IT-based services.
Job Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a BPO or customer-facing role preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
