Skills Requirement:
Excellent spoken and written English
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask under pressure
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via chat, email, and phone
Resolve customer issues effectively and empathetically
Document and escalate complex issues to relevant departments
Maintain detailed customer records and follow-up logs
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and feedback collection
