Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy and possess a deep understanding of advanced digital marketing strategies and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Digital Campaign Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies and digital transformation plans aligned with company objectives and digital audience segments
- Plan, create, and manage multichannel digital campaigns across various digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube through digital innovation
- Monitor digital campaign performance metrics and optimize digital strategies for maximum ROI and digital lead generation
- Conduct digital market research and competitor analysis to identify digital opportunities and digital industry trends
Digital Content Creation & Digital Management
- Create engaging, informative digital content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and digital email campaigns
- Develop educational digital content about solar energy benefits, digital installation processes, and digital sustainability practices
- Manage digital content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital
touchpoints and digital channels - Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and video content
Digital SEO & Digital Website Optimization
- Implement digital search engine optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings and digital website visibility
- Conduct digital keyword research specific to solar energy and renewable digital technology sectors
- Optimize digital website content, meta descriptions, and digital landing pages for better digital search performance
- Monitor website analytics and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities
Digital Social Media Management
- Manage and grow Urban Solar’s digital presence across all digital social media platforms
- Engage with digital followers, respond to digital inquiries, and build digital community around sustainable energy initiatives
- Create platform-specific digital content that educates and inspires digital audiences about solar energy adoption
- Track social media metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data
Lead Generation & Nurturing
- Develop and implement lead generation campaigns targeting homeowners, businesses, and industrial clients
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up processes
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline lead qualification and scoring
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or technology sectors
- Proven track record of successful digital campaign management and lead generation
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital
advertising platforms - Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, MOZ)
- Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, preferred)
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
- Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing within the renewable energy sector
- Knowledge of local Pakistani market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnel optimization
- Basic understanding of solar technology and renewable energy concepts
