About the Role:

As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse within our Medical Unit, you will play a vital role in our patient-centered approach. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care to individuals and groups, under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Collaborating seamlessly with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Administering medications in accordance with state regulations and organisational policies, leveraging your medication endorsement.

Essential Criteria:

• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Enrolled Nurse qualification with endorsement for Monitoring and Administering IV Medications.
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to meet objectives and timelines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Advanced level of clinical skills.
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
