Gatron Industries Limited, a big name in manufacturing all over Pakistan, is looking for an Industrial Relation Executive (Assistant Manager) for our plant in HUB Chowki

You’ll be at the center of keeping things running smoothly between the higher-ups, the workers, and any labor unions at the plant. This means handling employee issues, making sure we’re following all the labor laws, helping with talks, and putting practices in place that make for a good workplace that also fits with what the company wants to achieve.

What You’ll Do

• Keep peace among managers, staff, & unions.
• Be the key person for worker issues & fix them quick as per rules.
• Make sure all rules match labor laws & stay updated with legal shifts.
• Deal with discipline issues, like check-ups, hearings, & records.
• Ensure we stick to all labor laws, rules, & company ways.
• Write & send reports to the gov on worker health & safety.
• Stay on top of law changes & tell bosses what must be done.
• Help with union talks & make deals with them.
• Run union meets, plan talks, & note what goes on.
• Aid in making the plant better & boost staff involvement.
• Calm fights among staff, bosses, & unions to keep peace.
• Spot issues early & act to stop them.
• Aid in writing, tweaking, & enforcing HR rules on work ties.
• Explain rules well, so all can follow them.
• Train on labor laws, work rules, & staff rights.
• Spread the word on company values & staff tasks.

What You Need

• A base degree in Human Work, Biz Admin, Rule Study, or the like.
• 3–5 years of work in job ties, best in a make site.
• Great if you know how to talk with work team groups.
• A firm grasp of job laws & how job ties work.
• Good at making deals & fixing fights.
• Good with folk & can talk clear.
• Can work well with all sorts of groups.
