NY CREATES is looking for a fast, acting IT Help Desk person who cares about helping others. This worker will be the first one you talk to for tech help across the company. This job is key in keeping IT work smooth and sorting out problems with hardware, software, and networks fast.
Main Jobs
Help with tech help over the phone, email, and face, to, face for tools, programs, and web problems
Find and fix system troubles using far tools and ways to see the issue
Move up issues that are not fixed to higher help teams when needed
Keep right logs of help asks and fixes
Help with updates, setting up, and setting tools on systems
Teach users on good ways to use and IT rules
Work with IT team folks to get better at giving help and making the user feel good
Skills Needed:,
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Tech, or a close area.
1, 3 years of work in IT help or help desk jobs.,
Good know, how of Windows, macOS, and easy net skills.,
Knows how to use help desk tickets and tools from far.,T
op, notch talk and fix, issue skills., Can work by oneself and take on many jobs when it’s busy.
Needed Skills,
Know how to manage Active Directory and Office 365,
IT papers like CompTIA A+, Network+, or a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
